Philistin was last seen at Naples Community Hospital on 04/27/2006. He was instructed at the hospital how to take the bus to Immokalee. Philistin then left the hospital and has not been seen since. He may be wearing green pants, a white/red T-shirt, black shoes and a green ball cap.
